How to Request a Refund for Stack:
- Contact Customer Support
- Email: support@phi.health
- Provide your order number and inform us that you wish to receive a refund for your Stack purchase.
- No Return Necessary
- You do not need to return the product to us.
- Upon verification of your purchase and confirmation that it is within the 30-day window, we will process your refund.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Trays and other non-consumable items are eligible for return, even if they have been opened, provided they are in like-new condition. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
- The product should show no signs of significant wear or damage.
How to Initiate a Return for Non-Consumable Items:
- Contact Customer Support
- Email: support@phi.health
- Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization
- Our team will review your request in accordance with our Terms of Service.
- If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Prepare the Product for Shipping
- Repack the item securely, including all original components.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Package
- Use a trackable shipping method to send the item to the address provided.
- Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
