How to Request a Refund for Stack:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    • Email: support@phi.health
    • Provide your order number and inform us that you wish to receive a refund for your Stack purchase.
  2. No Return Necessary
    • You do not need to return the product to us.
    • Upon verification of your purchase and confirmation that it is within the 30-day window, we will process your refund.
  3. Refund Processing
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Trays and other non-consumable items are eligible for return, even if they have been opened, provided they are in like-new condition. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
  • The product should show no signs of significant wear or damage.

How to Initiate a Return for Non-Consumable Items:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    • Email: support@phi.health
    • Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    • Our team will review your request in accordance with our Terms of Service.
    • If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Prepare the Product for Shipping
    • Repack the item securely, including all original components.
    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Package
    • Use a trackable shipping method to send the item to the address provided.
    • Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
